Launching in Hong Kong — onboarding our first suppliers and restaurants
Six WhatsApp threads, or one order screen.
Restaurants order fresh produce, meat, dry goods and supplies from vetted Hong Kong suppliers. Every confirmed delivery rolls up into one monthly invoice per supplier.

Real captures from the iOS app. Top: the edit deadline on a sent order. Below: what a restaurant group owes across every location.
| Stage | What happens | The rule behind it |
|---|---|---|
| 01 ORDER | Send it before the cutoff | Each supplier sets lead days plus a time of day. The rule in force is frozen onto the order, so a later change cannot invalidate it. |
| 02 CHANGE | Edit until it closes | Quantities, extra lines, a new delivery date. Cancelling is a two-sided request, and a supplier can counter-offer a later date on a single line. |
| 03 CONFIRM | Check it in, line by line | Only lines delivered and explicitly confirmed are billed. Unpriced lines are skipped rather than billed at zero. |
| 04 SETTLE | One invoice per supplier | Issued in the first days of the following month, once the month's confirmed deliveries have settled. Due 30 days after month end, paid in the app. |
0.5%
on the buyer's invoice
The supplier keeps their full list price.
The platform fee is calculated on the buyer's subtotal and added on top of it. The payout is the subtotal, in full, and it fires automatically the moment the buyer's payment confirms.
For suppliers
Your catalogue, your cutoff, your delivery areas.
Vetted before you appear
Business registration and FEHD licence documents reviewed by CenterPoint, held privately and served only through short-lived links.
Partial availability, by design
Mark one line unavailable and offer a later date. The rest of the order goes ahead.
Paid the subtotal, in full
Payouts fire on payment confirmation. Failures retry, and anything ambiguous holds rather than paying twice.
One thread per order
Buyer questions stay attached to the order they are about, which doubles as the record of what was agreed.

The supplier order queue: incoming restaurant orders with status, delivery chip, value and delivery area.

CenterPoint POS
Servers take orders on iPads from a floor plan; tickets appear on a kitchen screen. The iPads talk directly to each other over the restaurant's own Wi-Fi. In build, heading into its first restaurants.
