For suppliers — vetted first, then visible to every kitchen on the platform
Your catalogue, your cutoff, your delivery areas.
CenterPoint Marketplace puts your products in front of vetted Hong Kong restaurants, on your terms. You keep your full list price, and you work one queue instead of six WhatsApp threads.

The supplier order queue: incoming restaurant orders with status, delivery chip, value and delivery area.
| Stage | What happens | The rule behind it |
|---|---|---|
| 01 APPLY | Send us your documents | Business registration and FEHD licence reviewed by CenterPoint. Documents are held privately and served only through short-lived links. |
| 02 PUBLISH | Set your catalogue and your cutoff | Your own list prices, your lead days plus a time of day, and the delivery areas CenterPoint has approved you to serve. |
| 03 FULFIL | Work one queue | Incoming orders with status, delivery chip, value and area. Mark a single line unavailable and offer a later date; the rest of the order goes ahead. |
| 04 GET PAID | The subtotal, in full | Payouts fire automatically the moment the buyer's payment confirms. Failures retry, and anything ambiguous holds rather than paying twice. |
0.5%
on the buyer's invoice
Never taken from the supplier.
The fee is calculated on the buyer's subtotal and added on top of it. Your payout is the subtotal, in full, at your list price, and it fires automatically the moment the buyer's payment confirms.
What you get
Built around how Hong Kong kitchens already order.
Your list price is your list price
The 0.5% platform fee is calculated on the buyer's subtotal and added on top of it. It is never taken out of your payout.
Partial availability, by design
Mark one line unavailable and offer a specific later date. The buyer decides on that line alone and the rest of the order proceeds.
One thread per order
Buyer questions stay attached to the order they are about. Phone numbers and email addresses are deliberately never exposed.
Billed for what arrived
Only lines delivered and explicitly confirmed by the buyer reach an invoice. Unpriced lines are skipped rather than billed at zero.
Delivery areas are real objects
Not a free-text address field. CenterPoint sets which areas you are approved to serve, and the app refuses what you cannot make.
Hong Kong time, exactly
Every cutoff and every delivery date is computed in Hong Kong time, so a deadline means the same thing to you and to the kitchen.
