How CENTER POINT SOLUTIONS LIMITED handles information in CenterPoint Marketplace and CenterPoint POS.
Who we are
CENTER POINT SOLUTIONS LIMITED, Unit A, 8th floor, CKK Commercial Centre, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. CenterPoint is a trading name. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Account and business details. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, district and delivery areas.
- Verification documents. For suppliers, business registration and FEHD licence documents, used to vet you before you appear to buyers.
- Transaction records. Orders, changes, confirmations, invoices, payouts and the messages attached to an order.
- Operational records. For the POS, the record of a venue's service: orders, tickets, cash movements and the actions staff take, attributed to a named person.
- Technical data. Device and log information needed to run and debug the service.
What we do with it
- To operate the platform: place orders, route them to suppliers, produce invoices and make payouts.
- To vet suppliers before they become visible to buyers.
- To support you when something goes wrong, and to investigate disputes about what was agreed.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations in Hong Kong.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your order data to advertise to you.
What other people can see
A supplier sees the orders placed with them and the buyer business behind those orders. A buyer sees the catalogue, cutoff and delivery areas of suppliers approved to serve them. Phone numbers and email addresses are deliberately not exposed between buyers and suppliers — conversation stays in the thread attached to the order.
Verification documents are held privately and served only through short-lived links.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host, process payments for, or send email on behalf of the platform, under contract and only for those purposes. Authorities, where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Transaction and invoicing records are kept for as long as Hong Kong tax and company law requires. Other information is kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected] and we will handle it.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will say so on this page and, where it affects you, by email.

We will tell you honestly whether your suppliers are on the platform yet, and what it takes to get them there. No sales script, no obligation.
