I am a restaurant. How do I start?
Email us and tell us your district and roughly what you order each week. We will tell you honestly which of your suppliers are already on the platform and what it would take to bring the rest across.
I am a supplier. What do you need from me?
Your business registration and FEHD licence, your catalogue with list prices, your lead time and cutoff, and the districts you deliver to. Vetting is done by CenterPoint before you appear to any buyer.
Something is wrong with an order
Use the thread attached to that order in the app first — it is also the record of what was agreed. If you cannot reach it, email us with the order reference.
Is the POS available yet?
It is in build and heading into its first restaurants. Card payments are awaiting hardware validation, and there is no receipt printing yet. We will not pretend otherwise.
How do I get my data out?
The back office exports CSV. If you want a full export or you want your account removed, email us and we will handle it.
